An idea constituted in 1965 from the efforts of dedicated golf enthusiasts in the Yampa Valley, The Steamboat Golf Club has remained a treasure to the community it has served since. While there is little obstacle by way of length with only one par 4 measuring just over 400 yards, the course is best defended by lush rough, a meandering creek, small and confounding greens, and groves of mature cottonwoods that stand ready to swat down the wayward shot. The course is one of the most enjoyable walking courses one can find in the Rockies. A 9 hole round at Steamboat Golf Club can usually be completed within 2 hours.

Open to the public and host to an active social schedule, The Steamboat Golf Club along with our 100 Member/Owners continues to play an integral role in the local community. The course borders the Yampa River and features beautiful views of the valley and Steamboat ski mountain. A practice green is available on site. Make time to enjoy lunch or a cold beverage on our scenic creekside deck.

The Steamboat Golf Club is a family oriented and affordable option to enjoy a round of golf in the valley.

Tee Times are booked 9 holes at a time and replay rates are available after completion depending on tee time availability.

Please show up to the course at least 15 minutes before your Tee Time.

Carts are available on a first come, first serve basis.
